He saw many successful businesses owned by the Baby Boomer Generation fail. They failed not because they weren’t profitable, but because the business owner’s founded the business to provide for their families and never gave a second thought to how they would sell their business- they weren’t in business to sell the business, they wanted to provide the best service to their clients.

Seeing this same pattern over and over again, Kaleb founded WellPlannedExit.com to give business owners the peace of mind sell their business and to be the most qualified and confident person sitting at the negotiation table.

Until now- Business owner’s have been on their own to figure out how to sell their business. They have had to put blind faith in business brokers, realtors and others.
